At Parfums de Marly, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your fragrance, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Carefully pack the item in its original, unopened packaging and include the provided return authorization slip to ensure safe transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
